Hi lovely, I’m Emily, founder of Wellness by Emily and creator of The Hottest Era Accelerator. I’m not just a wellness coach and fitness instructor, I’m living proof that you can get hotter, stronger, and more confident in your 30s (and beyond).
In my early 20s, I thought I was being “healthy” exercising occasionally, eating “healthy-ish,” but never truly consistent. But when my health declined, I realized wellness couldn’t be an afterthought. I had to learn how to truly support my body. That choice changed everything.
